All domestic orders over 60,00 EUR will have free shipping. Domestic orders below 60 EUR will have a shipping fee of 2.95 EUR.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NON-EU)
We charge a shipping fee of 19,9 EUR for all international orders.
DELIVERY
1. Your goods will be shipped to your specificated delivery address directly after the payment is confirmed. Domestic orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. EU Delivery will take 2-3 business days. International shipping will take 3-5 business days.
2. We keep the right for partial delivery if thats neccesary and tolerable. However partial delivery will be communicated via E-Mail.
3. For domestic orders we offer a free return. Please send an E-Mail to info@animaltracks.de to get a free returnlabel otherwise we wont cover the costs.
